  • What is the cancellation policy?
    The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel after reservation is confirmed. The full amount is not refundable if the room is cancelled one month or less before the day of arrival. Once a booking is confirmed, the length of stay cannot be shortened. Early check outs, late check-ins and reservation changes are not refundable.
  • What is included in the room rate?
    The room rate includes breakfasts, access to all beach areas of the hotel, one pre-reserved umbrella and two sunbeds per room (with beach towels) for each day of your stay, complimentary water at the check in day, free Wi-Fi Internet.
  • Do you offer parking?
    You can use Manta Resort parking space for a fee (10 euro/night). Reservation is requested as limited space is available.
  • I need to book more than one room...
    When booking for more than one room, please search and send the reservation request for each room separately as the system doesn't allow bulk room reservations. If you require assistance during the booking process, please do not hesitate to contact our reservations team.
  • Is it possible for our children/infants to share the bed with us during our stay?
    Children/infants are not permitted to share a bed with other guests. We are pleased to offer cribs (for child up to two years old) for specific room types upon request. Reservation is required. Please note that cribs cannot be accommodated in all room categories. For further information please contact us
  • Do you offer transportation from/to the airport or port?
    We don’t offer transportation from/to the airport or port. The best way to travel from Tirana airport to Ksamil is by taxi, especially if you have luggage's. There are also busses that can bring you to Sarande and then from Sarande to Ksamil you can get a taxi or the public transportation (bus).
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
